Worth having tailored?

Picked this Southwick sport coat up on a whim from ebay for very cheap. I'm trying to decide to forget about it and put it back up for sale or bring it in to the tailor, so I'm looking for critiques on the fit. I'm worried the sleeves need to be narrowed and I don't like the shoulder padding, both of which are probably more costly than it's worth. All feedback appreciated. Thanks.

Hard to tell from the photo, but it generally looks too big for you in the shoulders and chest. This doesn't make it impossible to alter, but only you can judge how much you're attached to that particular jacket and how much you're willing to spend to make it work.

Not worth the effort, I would try to sell it back on ebay
