I have searched through this forum and online and can't seem to come up with a consistent answer to the following question:

Is there a Luigi Borrelli store in NYC and if so where is it?

I want to buy a tuxedo shirt but don't want to risk the fit online or buy the billowy model sold at NM. Any suggestions are welcome. I live in the NY area.

I forget the name of the company that owns Borrelli, but they have a shop on 59th or 60th between 5th and Madison. Basically, right across the street from Barney's south-facing entrance.

I'm not sure if its actually a Borrelli shop, but they definitely sell Borrelli goods in there. They usually have a sample sale upstairs from there in the spring.

I believe you're referring to De Corato, but I'm not sure they're there anymore... their website doesn't seem to feature brands anymore like they used to (Borrelli, Attolini, Marinella, etc): http://www.decoratoboutiques.com/

Bergdorf has Borrelli shirts, but not sure they have the formal shirts. Also they may be the fuller fitting ones but worth checking out.
