"Mix and Match" Suits?

Thread Starter
Does anyone know if brooks brothers allows customers to "mix and match" their off the rack suits? (I.e., to purchase, say, a 42R suit and a 40R suit and keep the 42R jacket and the 40R trousers while returning the 42R trousers and 40R jacket?)

This would be helpful, as I have a 10 drop and nothing is really fitting me off the rack. Thanks.

Not sure about BB but plenty of companies sell suit separates that you can match up. Most pants also have fabric to be let out as well.

Brooks Brothers offers a Made-To-Measure program.

I believe letting out the pants is the least of his concerns if he has a 10" drop!

BB used to offer the BrooksEase suit separates, but not sure they do anymore... but as others have mentioned there are other brands that offer mix/match in basics. Obviously you'll still need to have some work done on the jacket, but at least you won't have to have the pants re-cut.

no, they won't

and if you manage to slip it past them (which would be unethical) ...
then that suit will probably end up at an outlet with a mark through the BB logo...
and probably end up being bought by a certain member here and sold on the B&S forum
