Can anyone let me know whether Brooks Brothers' Pyjamas fit true-to-size? I'd like to purchase them for my brother who is 6'1" and 165 lbs. Thank you!

Medium will be fairly roomy but the small will probably be too short.

At 6'1" get the large. In fact I dn't even know why BB carries a small because no grown man could wear them.

The trouble is that with a gift, you don't want the first reaction to be "This is too short." I'm 6 feet and wear the small, but they are clearly short in the sleeves, and especially so after a few washes. So it's a matter of picking your poison.

I'd like a slim-fit medium, with the extra length but less volume.

Does a small reach your wrists and ankles?

In that case, are you suggesting I get him a medium and send him to the tailor?

For a more specific comparison: The size S Brooks pjs I wore last night end about 4 inches above my wrist, and I'm a 34 sleeve. The bottoms are about an inch above my ankle, and I wear a 30 length trou.

Maybe the sleeves are meant to be 3/4 sleeves, but the length of the shirt makes the whole thing look short. I should probably get the M and have it altered, but that seems like a lot of effort for pjs.

Bespoke PJs FTW.

Seriously to OP: Go for M.
