Mens haircuts in Tokyo or Osaka

Good Afternoon everyone,

Does anyone have any recommendations for men's hair salons in Tokyo or Osaka? I'm 'white', light brown hair, so somewhere with a bit of experience with foreigners with minimal Japanese. Happy to travel outside of these prefectures for a good place!

Also, any recommendations on style. I spend most of my time in the Law/Finance/Security industry, so on the more conservative side, but I'm high up enough to get away with something more out there.

A little bit off topic(sorry). I remember getting my first hair cut i Tokyo. I'm white and have really thick and curly hair, and at one point during the hair cut I had 3 or 4 people standing around me and just watching. They were debating different techniques to handle the hair. I came out looking like a white man with a japanese haircut! But it wasn't too bad. I later found out that it was a womens hair dresser, but ofcourse they couldn't tell me that! Oooh well, good luck!
