Good Shoe Tongue Pad?

I'm looking for a solid shoe tongue pad that will adhere nicely to the tongue and won't be a pos that I have to replace every couple weeks

Any recommendations?

Not concerned about price, just quality and endurance.

It already bothers me enough that the AE shoes I bought in 8.5D on the #8 last fit roomier in the heel than I'd like. It bothers me because I have four other pairs of AEs on the 8 last which all fit perfectly....

I have heard mention of tongue pads made of Poron -- you might want to look for those.
