Back to the Anthony Cleverley Rourkes today.  Really love the sharp lines of these boots.

Topy'd to better deal with the icy sidewalks and steps that are my reality for what seems like half the year.

Cheers, gents.

Zinc, there is a shoe repair place on the street level of College Park (Yonge and College) that I go to for almost all of my Topy installation.  The guy does really clean work - bevels the edges so that the outsole is essentially invisible from the side.

Further south on Yonge near Adelaide is Novelty Shoe Rebuilders.  Good work, too, but the turnaround time is a lot longer.

SoS - there seem to be few retailers of George Cleverley shoes, and fewer still that carry the up-level Anthony Cleverley line.  These were purchased from LeatherSoul, who seem to be clearing out all their stock of both lines in the "last pair" sale section of their web site.

If I did not have a bad experience with every chelsea boot I've owned (elastic always loosened up), I would have jumped on these.
