Johns Hopkins Hospital tie

I posted this over at AA, got a little bit of info, thought I'd see if anyone over here knew more about it.

Is anyone employed by, attend the university, or involved in any way with Johns Hopkins Hospital? I found this tie thrifting today. I don't know what the emblem is, but the tag reads "Harriet Lane Tie - Woven especially for the department of pediatrics Johns Hopkins Hospital" If anyone has any info please let me know. It was too unique of a tie to leave, and I would love to get it to someone that would wear it.

I know that there's a Harriet Lane Book of Pediatrics.

I do not, it is not the university crest.

I suspect it was custom made for department staffers for a holiday party or some such...

I'm a undergrad student at Hopkins right now. Anyways, I popped by the lab I work in at the medical campus today and decided to visit the pediatric department to accost a random doctor. Anyways, they apparently had the tie made a while back, he doesn't remember when. It's not available for sale. The department had it commissioned. And that's all I have for now.
