didn't see any of those today actually, those might be sold out. Something like that goes quickly. They had some hoodies with Harris Tweed elbow patches, but nothing full body like you see in that blog entry.
I remember you mentioning finding speedy pros for around $900 somewhere -- would that be something you could proxy? What condition/model are they typically at that price?
drew, how much for loopwheeler crews? I assume around the same. I'm very interested in one of those, pending sizes (I might be too big ). also, if you can find out when 45 RPM does their annual seasonal sale, I'm sure myself and many, many others would be banging down your door.

sorry, thought they were 3750.10's or 3770.10s but they turned out to be really cheap 3710.10 Speedy Reduceds. There are cheap Pro's occasionally but after proxy fees they'd be your average ebay price.
I don't really know anything about these. They're probably here, but if they're imported from outside of Japan, they're going to be more expensive. Proxying is best for items made in Japan, particularly items made and sold only within Japan. New European fashion, old American items, these are more expensive here by at least double.

Ah, bummer. Makes sense though, seemed too good to be true (and so it was).
I've heard of Ando, actually. Some interesting things, and from the article I read and things I saw, I'd put them up against anything people beast on here, barring the big 4-digit British shoes. Price points up to about 50,000Y for the nicer boots, so definitely affordable. I don't have their number or address anymore though, that was in a magazine I threw away long ago.
You guys should be taking advantage of Moto's boots though, I think I can get you them - I've heard of people on here running into problems getting them through proxy or being rejected for them, but I was over there before talking to them and they seemed willing to sell me limited quanities, at least. Mrs TOJ has a good way of talking to people. Moto's boots are about 70,000Y and they are fantastic, some of the nicest pull-on boots I've seen. I will be getting a pair for myself sometime.
