Meermin Mallorca Shoes

Got the dark brown oxford two weeks ago, I am happy with the leather quality they provided. However I have a disappointment that I found a crack between the welt and outsole after a few wearing.... horrible craftmenship!!! Did anyone come across this problem?
Hope Meermin need work harder on QC though price is attractive, it is juz my little complaint.

I am interested in the Hiro last.
Anyone willing to tell me how it compares for you in fit to Vass F, C&J 337 and 348?

For me it fits equally to the 348, maybe a tiny bit smaller.

Oops! I'm already rehearsing in my head how to explain I paid for the museum calf MTO months ago. It's a no win situation; if I paid for them now it means I'm still buying shoes, if I paid for them 4 months ago it just makes me strange

Wait, really? That sounds like it's fairly narrow. C&J 240 is too narrow for me, and the 348 is supposedly more narrow than than.

Too bad for me.

No trees. I started to, but heard trees cause int'l customs problems & are overpriced, so I had them removed from my order. I answered FedEx's questions to the best of my ability but they said they needed more info so they're contacting Meermin. Not sure what the outcome will be.
