Has anyone been making new orders or requests since the start of the year?

I sent them a question about sizing via their webform and haven't received an answer after more than a week. I personally emailed to pepe on monday and I am currently awaiting an answer...

What is your experience with response times? I keep reading about incredible delays with processing orders etc.

I got a reply from Pepe this week, just the day after emailing him, and he was very helpful. I had sent an email over the Christmas period, and not heard back - I guess there was a backog and it got lost. It happens. It was just a simple request for the lowdown on their Jodhpurs though. I would suggest trying again - Pepe was very polite and apologetic, not that I had minded.

Thanks. I will wait till the end of the week, then try writing to somebody else.

Meermin is really my best bet at good quality, acceptable price double monks. I wouldn't pay full price for Loake Cannons as I am not 100% behind the color and shape and didn't hear good opinions about durability of Suitsupply shoes... I hope this works out...

I needed something about thigh length. These just covered the ankles

It took a while to adjust to the other "9-5" but I think I finally found something that allows me to sleep on the job, if you will

Looks like couple widths too narrow.  How does it fit across the metatarsal area?

Quite snug, but not more snug than other shoes I own in UK width F from Grenson for instance. The main issue is the lacing area strangely enough. I have a derby on the same last which is also a snug fit sans the lacing issue.

Sounds like you have a high instep to go along with a foot that is too wide for that very narrow last.
