A quick FYI, customer service from Meermin couldn't be any better I think and it should show other companies how to deal with clients. I've ordered a pair from Meermin, this was all done through emails with Pepe, plenty of info going back and forth and no problems what so ever. I've had to wait a few weeks for the shoes to come back in stock, but when they finally got a batch, delivery was super quick. When I got the box I noticed that there's some warping (not a huge amount but noticeable) going on on the leather on the outside of the shoe, took a few snaps and send them to Pepe, who confirmed a fault and straight away offered a swap for a brand new pair + a refund of shipping costs. Quite great I would say, but it gets better, the new pair was sent out almost straight away, dispatched yesterday and on my company desk this morning. That's 'smack-my-ass-and-call-me-Judy' crazy quick and amazing. All I can say is that they have a customer that will be staying with them for a while at least.
