Hi Gyasih As soon as i have them in my mucky paws they'll be posted !! Just for info a couple lads have asked me to post pics of my DM's after 2 months or so of wearing, theyve been worn about 12-20 times or so over that period and i must say not hard just mainly in the evenings for social events and dropping into the pub......... so here they are and i have to also say i look after them !!!

I took Fritzl,s and others advice and applied Dubbin to the soles and have to say it seems to work in keeping them looking Ok and a bit of resistance to the wet elements so I've now started applying a thin layer to most of my shoes now
thumbs-up.gif

Could you link the product you are using for the soles? TIA

I share your struggle with this. To be sure my quibble is not at all with the Chinese people. For I wish them a good life and freedom from poverty, as I do everyone.
I work in China a good bit, the vast majority of my company's income is currently derived from providing professional services in China. (Thus we are actually exporting TO China from the US.) My Chinese counterparts are very much kept under lock and key. It is very hard for them to even get a visa to leave the country for business meetings. The government is in control of so much more than it might appear (IMO).
There is no easy answer here.

You do realize that the host countries issue the Visas, right?

Are these cordovan by chance? I have some MTO dark brown cordovan DMs coming with York soles (cuz of the rain) and if they look like yours, I will be quite happy. Sadly, mine are still 8-9 weeks away. EDIT: Nevermind, they don't look like cordovan on my pc, just my phone.

Ordered mine on the 11th June looks like we're in a race !!!

I hope mine ship soon. I ordered on 6/20. We look forward to pictures :slayer:

Just checked my email, order date for me was 6/17. Pretty standard MTO, just cuero shell double monks with a little bit of color. They are getting shipped to my parent's home though so not sure when I be home next, should be able to get a few iPhone photos though
