Thank you very much for such a great response to our offerings! We have to say that we are really impressed!

 

Currently we have our mail overloaded with orders (RTW & MTO), and we try to answer as soon as we can. But answer to all the requests we are receiving, might take us a while, because of that we ask you to be a little bit more patient and comprehensive.

 

We apologize if anybody is not getting the requested information in a reasonable time. We are trying to do our best.

They reply very quickly to the "Contact" form on the website.

 

Also, did they confirm that the shoe you wanted was in stock before you paid?

 

I was gunning for the Suede Wholecuts and just did my due diligence by asking about sizing and was informed by Pepe that they wouldn't have any for 30 days,

nothing on the website about out of stock.

They didn't say it was in stock and I didn't ask because I'm not in a rush. I just want confirmation that the next step is happening, be it shipment, them waiting to receive stock, etc. because for all intents and purposes no communication (including that payment has been received) appears to me to indicate a lost order.

I just ordered a pair of shell PTBs and Sandro said it'd be 30 days before they shipped. Which turned out to mean they were out of stock, at least in my size, and needed to make them up. Not a big deal, though.
