If you keep it polished, a rubber sole is something most people will never notice (particularly black sole on a black shoe).
It's an unusual makeup but for hard wearing everyday office wear in a wet climate like Norway has I think it could work.
If it were me I go with a plain oxford as shown in my link........but it's not me, is it?
