Honestly, it's not the delay that pissed me off, it's this response. I thought they pride themselves on customer service, this, to me, is anything but. Especially, since in her last response (2 weeks before, same questions), she responded by reminding me the waiting time is 30 days.

Yeah, I ordered fro the Classic line on Feb 4 with the order "initiated" on Feb 7.  That's it so far.  Based on reading through this thread, I'll give it 2 months before I even bother contacting them.

Look quite exactly as my AE shell longwings after 4-5 months and 2-3 times of wear per week. Perfect.

I'm pretty OCD and I like to have matching shoe trees with the brand stamped on them, luckily I'm in the EU this year. Let's me avoid VAT with a Canadian credit card and I don't get charged duties/brokerage fees either.

For the people who also ordered the monks, did your invoice list them as "oxford marron" as well? Just hoping there wasn't a mix up because I've spent so long waiting for them. They're supposed to be here Monday/Tuesday 

Meermin trees only works for its New Rey last and doesn't even fill Ben last.  Not worth it.

Wow, you really do try to say something negative every chance you get.  In actuality, the medallions are both straight and any appearance otherwise is distortion from the Iphone picture.  The medallions are not perfect, though.  It's not very noticeable in the picture, but the right shoe medallion uses larger holes and is more spead out than the medallion on the left shoe.  There were also finishing issues when they arrived, but Saphir cordovan creme has done wonders for the finish.

I think you are wrong.  Medallion on left toe is totally off centered, not due to lasting but during closing...

Alright, I took another picture from a different angle to prove this is wrong and it turned out the same.  I now see what you mean.  The medallion is centered the same on both shoes, but the tip veers off towards the outside of the shoe on the left shoe.  Oh well, if it took me five months and an extreme close-up picture of the shoe to notice it.  I'm fine with it.

I was starting to get the same feeling as when I read about my health symptoms online... in my mind, the comment on my order asking about shoe trees was turning into wasted money and a customs nightmare. So I emailed Meermin. Louisa responded within a couple of hours and told me not to worry: the shoe trees were removed.

 Lovely. I have worn mine about 15 times and it is one of the shoes that has gotten me the most compliments.

Some people have even asked me to do another MTO for the same model in the same colour.
