Yeah, I'm curious about this, too. I sent an email about a week ago and haven't heard anything.

Do I have to translate the email into Spanish, or do they have customer service people who speak English?

Go back a page or two, you'll find the Meermin guys speak pretty good English...

check your spam folders...I think the email layout etc sets off a few alarms

I got a reply straight away after emailing them on a Sunday, couldn't be happier with their communication. Unfortunately, they were out of stock :(

The welt separation at the waist/heel is unfortunate but quite common amongst the top tier RTW shoes.  It happened on my JL and I've seen it happen on G&G as well.  Just some manufacturing variance defect.

Otherwise I find LM to be very good valued shoes.

Personally I'm not a fan of excess broguing. Don't think broguing is particularly great on chukkas in any form but hey that's just me

I know they're swamped, but has anyone else been waiting a couple of weeks for their RTW order to be posted? Luisa had quoted that they would be sent last week, but still nothing from them. If there's delays all round, no biggie.

I am having the same issue. I was told an invoice would be sent when the shoes were ready to ship and have not heard from then for a couple of weeks. I just sent Luisa a message asking for an update. I feel a bit ticked off that I have paid for my order and for 1.5-2 weeks I get silence.
