Look at it this way: She's already finding flaws with you during the honeymoon phase. You two are still in the part of the relationship where the other person can conceivably do no wrong. If there are imperfections, they're supposed to still be somewhat appealing to the other. Even if her intentions are good, you don't want to be with someone who only wants to be with a nip and tucked version of you. There will always be something about you she wants to change and you will already have set the precedent that it is OK for her to press you until those changes are made.

She sounds to me like she is getting anxious about the relationship's becoming more serious and wants to make sure that everything is secure and well organized. Unfortunately, it sounds like she is becoming controlling towards you.

You own your own business and sound like you're happy doing it. Perhaps she does not like the risk that goes along with running one's own business and would like to see you in something that, in her view, is more stable and secure. Unfortunately, that does not mesh well with who you are.

I think it's time to end the relationship. Find someone who accepts and appreciates you for who you are rather than someone who wants to mold you into her version of a "better you."

Next time she brings it up, have the balls to ask her what she thinks of pre-nups. That will be a definitive moment for you two.
