I would wear any shade of brown or cordovan. Black, though in the same family, would present too harsh a contrast. But browns and gray mix well, and burgundy can mix with lots of things with no trouble.

IMO shiny brown or burgundy calf would be too rich for very light gray. But the flatness of suede takes the edge off. Remember this pic? He's wearing about the same shade as the OP's pants with black shoes and it looks good.
