What brand of ties are you guys finding that go well with the slim lapel of TaT suits.

J. Crew's are around 2.5", perfect with the standard TaT lapel.

Hey guys,

Just got my first TaT in the mail today (navy mohair 2-button conservative cut suit with house cut length jacket) and was hoping to get some second opinions on fit to see if/where any alterations need to be made.

Based on what I can see, I think I may need to:

1) lengthen right sleeve slightly
2) lengthen pants hem (in back)?
3) suppress pants at hips (probably the most problem area I can see)

I am not 100% sure on the inseam length and if that should be adjusted, but it looks slightly short to me in some pictures. Same goes for sleeve length... right sleeve appears a touch shorter than the left, but it could also be the not-so-well fitting shirt. What do you guys think?

I appreciate any and all input!

Edit: tried the jacket on with a better fitting shirt and here is the result (mainly for sleeve length)

Is it true that this brand makes suits and blazers in size 34?

Everything is made to measure so if your size is 34, then sure.

What's the price for a blazer?

Not to be a dick but what's stopping you from sending him an e-mail asking him? It takes just as much time as posting on SF. Probably less, and more direct answers.

A jacket is roughly $350 from what I remember. Pants $150. Full suit $480. Could increase if pick the fancy fabrics.

Helped a friend with a school photo project in my TaT navy sharkskin a couple of weeks ago: (this is photoshopped but yeah, love the suit) Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

So I'm a 2nd time customer of Jason's and just wanted to reiterate his service. Went with a charcoal conservative cut, first time I received it it was navy. Second time I received it there was a large, odd roll in the shoulders that didn't correct after pressing. Third time was a charm.

Jason took care of things every step of the way without asking questions. I felt compelled to make that experience public since I've come to trust him to do right by the customer and would buy from him again.

Thanks Jason
