I don't think anyone here has had any issue with emailing them. This huge thread is full of people that can vouch for them But hey, if you're not comfortable with it, you can always spend your money elsewhere.

Some businesses place focus on customer service and product rather than fancy bells and whistles like web contact forms. Big deal, just email them.

Yes and mine and other peoples business has gone elsewhere = lost business for the email only company. All a web contact form does is send an email, not any better. Problem I have with companies which have email and web forms only. I don't know where they are, they could be in Guangdong Province for all I know, and have they got something to hide? When I see sales websites with email only contact, I tend to think of offshore Viagra and fake Rolexs. Much prefer to speak to someone on the phone or face-to-face, and see a proper real street address that I can verify. Email is just to easy to ignore and delete, and I have no confidence in it all. OK TaT Online appears to be a legit operation as evidenced by this thread. But if I hadn't had seen it here on SF, I wouldn't have known that.

They were on this forum as members...members with passion for clothes that eventually got their feet wet in the industry.

I emailed Jason while he was overseas in London and he got back to me right after he got back. I met him a week or so later and he measured me for a suit. He showed me a number of fabrics and I made my decision. I wanted to order 2 additional suits and he advised me to get the first suit first before I put additional orders in. Great guy in my book.

I have met Jason in person (in Los Angeles) and bought a suit. He measured me, and I was extremely pleased with the results--no alterations needed. The sole imperfection was that the shoulder was 1 mm too big, but that's a non-event.

Just chiming in. I wanted a suit, he met me in smokey Vegas hotel room, measured me, had me the suit with the fabric i chose 6 or 7 weeks later. I couldn't believe the way it fit. I had the pant inseam taken up 1.5" and it's the best fitting suit i own. If i wore suits more often i'd honestly order 5 more. Not that THAT'S going to stop me, i'm gonna get another later this year. I'm still in disbelief how well the damn thing fit right off the bat. The details he suggested were exactly what i was looking for in a suit, somewhat unconventional, a little vintage, but not overly so. A+++++ WILL DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN

J is an upstanding guy and has always been more than accommodating. The reason there is no address or phone number is because this is his side project. E-mail is the best form of communication that works for him and he responds quickly. There isn't anywhere to visit and if he put up a phone number he probably wouldn't answer for most of the day, which looks worse than only having an e-mail.

I can't believe that after a 240some page thread, some guy is questioning TaT and Jason... Jason is extremely responsive via email. My turn around time has never been longer than three weeks including shipping. As Kiya, if I had to wear suits more, I'd stock my closet. Incredible value. Get over your "70 year old, scared of the computer" mentality and order. It will feel good. -dave
