patch pockets on a charcoal (or black?) suit? I think flap pockets were the way to go.... patch pockets are too casual

Thanks for the critiques everyone, it is the two button conservative cut in the Italian 140 charcoal. After my presentation Tuesaday I'll have the pants lengthened, I don't think I'm a no break kind of guy right now. I hadn't even really considered flap vs. patch pockets at the time of the order, for this one I tried to stay a little bit more conservative, but for future orders who knows

Very nice fit. I'm actually looking to get something very similar to that. Did you self measure?

How wide are the lapels?

I had a friend measure my neck and shoulders but otherwise is was pretty much all self measure. I also did wrist and bicep measurements because I've always found my arms tend to swim in the suit sleeves, not sure if he accounted for that, but I'm quite pleased with the results. I like the pants that length, I think it looks much cleaner with no break.

Just this past weekend I was at a friend's wedding in NYC. Being a morning ceremony, the groom wore a charcoal suit.

It fit him perfectly, and had the recognizable overlapping ticket pocket, so I asked him about it at the reception. Sure enough, it was a TaT.

I wish I had pictures, but it was good to see these "styleforum approved" well made brands outside of our little forum bubble.

Ozark's post sold me, I'll be getting one of those two button conservative cuts soon, it looks great man.
