I'd have a hard time choosing between the derby and chukka.

I love the chukka but the five eyelet is too close to a boot for me. I would go for a chukka in a tan. I was shining my shoes this past weekend and every shoe I have is dark brown. I'm only buying two more shoes in dark brown, the 922 and a Derby.

If we did do a chukka, I'd definitely prefer a 3 eyelet on the Rain last.

I'm just not a huge fan of chukkas in general, as to me they're the boot that can't commit. As for croc vs hatch grain jodhpurs...why not both? I'd actually like a pair in lizard, which can be seen (but not bought) on Carmina's site.

Like i said before, i'm in on a chukka. 3 or 5 eyelets doesn't matter to me. I can't wear jodhpurs and chelsea boots because of my high insteap...have the CJ Chelsea in chestnut for sale if someone want a slightly used boot frown.gif

almost every makeup is done in the forest last so we can hookup people with wide feet.  But even the normal forest width doesnt work for some people and the last(normal or wide) doesnt work at all for others.  Personally - I would like to see something on the Simpson or Robert.
