You're thinking too small.

Combine this method with home-dying kits and you can make one shirt turn into an infinite variety of shirts. And with enough cloth tape, it will last forever.

Iroh has effectively invented the perpetual motion shirt.

All joking aside, I have a mint green shirt that I splashed bleach on, so it's either ruined or gonna get bleached to white...I figure I have nothing to lose at this point.

Wanna turn white items blue?  Go overboard with the liquid bluing in your rinse water...I use Mrs. Stewart's to keep white items really bright, but I over-did it once, and all of my undershirts were sky blue for a couple of washings.

All joking aside, heavy bleaching will destroy the integrity of the fibers and the shirt will start to rot/fall apart fairly quickly afterwards. Of course, as you said, you haven't much to loose in this case. But since you mentioned you weren't joking I thought I'd stink up this thread by offering a serious response.

now......................back to the buffoonery.....................carry on gentlemen!
