Getting off white detergent marks from dark clothing?

This happened twice in a row for my dark navy incos and a black button down shirt. I used liquid detergent and the Chilean version of oxyclean. What can I do? Next time I wash them I won't use the powder oxyclean. It is weird because I didn't over fill the washing machine.

I hear soaking in vinegar works, but don't want to ruin my clothing.

vinegear is fine, Use it instead of fabric softner. Keeps colors and doesn't smell

Thanks for the advice. I washed them again with a little detergent and about a tablespoon of vinegar. Problem solved.
