My Hugo Boss pants ripped badly around the bum area:

I had a friend rip his pants exactly like that. The tailor told us to throw it away because a fix would look terrible and you would not even want to wear it anymore.

Here is a guide on how to repair your socks:
Before:
Imagine a sock if a hole in it.
During:
Imagine a sock being repaired with a serger.
After:

Conclusion:
Most of my socks wear down at the back of the heels first, now they can be repaired. The material will stretch and the bite out of the sock won't be noticeable when being worn.

Here is a picture of a hole in my pants that im getting reweaved. 

I got my pants caught on a nail. I believe I was quoted $50.
