Sounds like the sort of environment in which you can pretty much make your own choices. If there are only three dudes in the whole organization who outrank you then you are highly placed enough within the organization to mostly chart your own course.

If I were you I would try to not outdo your 'superiors' by too terribly much at work.

But throw that shit down in your social life and during those work related occasions when it is appropriate to 'put on the dog'.

But honestly it sounds as if you already have this figured out.

I did notice the president stops by my office to chat more when I'm in flannel trou and dress shirts vs jeans & a polo. He's even tried on one of my Barbours and frequently talks clothes/fashion with me. Problem is I interact more with the other two who seemingly snub me when dressed well. I was in full suit & tie on Monday due to a business lunch and they both walked right past me without saying a word! Funny.
