When I was first introduced to CVS Cloth Tape by a senior member of this board, I scoffed.
The whole concept of using cloth tape to enhance my lifestyle seemed absurd, but the more I heard about it, the more curious I became. It started with a simple lining of a collar to extend a shirt's amount of wears before washing, and then to repair my $500 shoes in a pinch. Once my eyes had been opened to the virtues of CVS Cloth Tape, I could not stop using it.

I have used it to turn a pair of my very expensive black shoes with a medallion on the toe into black captoes, by simply covering up the medallion with tape and colouring the tape with a Sharpie, saving myself the expense of another pair of shoes. Ingenious, aren't I?

I applied the principle behind lining my collars to my wonderfully soft polyester sleepwear, and even my bedsheets. Now I can go 6 months without washing my sheets or my Pajamas. I have even used it to solve a little problem I have after I visit the bathroom. When you reach a certain age, shaking isn't enough, but CVS Cloth Tape will solve all of your problems.

Here are some people who have enhanced their lives with cloth tape:

This wonderful lady doesn't need to waste money on clothes thanks to CVS cloth tape!

Cloth Tape, protecting this man from the elements. How masculine is this??

I know this post will attract haters, but I will just laugh at you poor people as I roll around in the piles of money I have saved due to CVS Cloth Tape. Stay out of this thread so that intelligent people like myself can talk about this wonderful product.

For all of you reasonable people, give it a try, and post your experiences, extra uses you've found, and PSA's on where to find CVS Cloth Tape for better prices. I know my net-worth has increased because of cloth tape, has yours?

The disrespect and derision shown to Reevolving in this thread saddens me.

Oh, and bump.

I use CVS Cloth Tape for holding on the collars of my Borrelli shirts after the handstitching gives way. Works like a charm.

I use cloth tape for lining my underpants so that I only need to wash them once a week.

Sure, there's some chafing, but given the savings made by washing less, the pain is worth it!
