Tailor recommendation - NY

I have a jacket with no lining and no shoulder padding and looking for a tailor to copy this for future suiting. Any ideas (limited budget)?

Also, question for the tailors: Does this style of construction require more fabric that usual 3.5 yards I normally require for a suit?
