First bespoke shirt

Thread Starter
I am a junior private banker working in Geneva Switzerland, we have a tailor who comes from Italy regularly for the banks employees. I am not expert in bespoke business but the prices seems to me really reasonable (switzerland is an expensive country) . Bespoke suit sewn by machine costs 1600 CHF (roughly 1800 USD) and suit 100% hand sewn cost 2700 CHF (roughly 3000 USD).
I decided to go for a shirt (to try first and then i will try suit if shirt is good), machine sewn bespoke shirt costs 180 USD and entirely hand sewn 300 USD. Given these prices do you think that it worth to go for hand sewn or machine sewn ?
Also if you have any suggestions, they are welcome as i absolutely don't have any experience in bespoke, though i learned a lot on the forum about rtw...
Thank you very much.
For reference the tailor is that one, i don't think that it's known as i couldn't find any information about him.

At those prices, I would want to see some of their work first or see some reviews from others.

The price does not look suspicious to me. In remote zones of France or Italy, you can buy 100 % hand-made bespoke suits (often by old experienced tailors) for 1500 euros. They just compete with the best.

Hand-sewn is fancier than machine-sewn, but not necessarily better in terms of durability or functional quality.
