Trouser fit at the back.

Thread Starter

Hello there.

I have a bit of a problem regarding trousers. I can not find any trousers that will stay up at the back. The front always seems to sit higher than the back of trousers, whether it's jeans or proper trousers. Even with a belt and a tucked in shirt, eventually the shirt pulls out etc...

Does anyone else have this problem and what's the solution?!

Could the issue be caused by a full shaped bottom? Solution: MTM/Bespoke.

Lack of bottom, I would guess.

Or maybe he's wearing his trousers backwards.

A good tailor may be able to help you.

Never heard of this problem.

For suits, go MTM and get braces/Suspenders and maybe for trousers as well.

Jeans - surely tightening the belt properly helps alleviate this?
