Bean boot: 8in or 10in?

Going to jump on some bean boots. Curious if I should go 8 or 10 inches?

They'll be for around town snowy days (CO) as well as wet days in the PNW.

Any thoughts?

I got the 8. I like to tuck with these (make sure you order them big), so I actually would get a 10 if I could go back. They are awesome. I bought big and got the unlined, and have a wool insert on top of a regular insert. I can also wear a sock liner and WigWam's "Canada" socks in these, which is about as much warmth as you'll get without a toe warmer.
