#2. Not even close. Don't wear socks with your boat shoes or wear different shoes.

2 or 3. the boat shoes not sure of, but no on the chucks and the park aves can be a little too conservative esp for late 20's on a date.

What makes you think the date is casual? Why jeans?

All your outfits look decent (2 and 3 being the best by far), but they seem somewhat boring, especially the sportcoat ones - it's not sophisticated, it's not fun, not colorful, not classy, not fashionable, it's "just okay".

If you want a good sportcoat casual look, match with vivid colors for shirt and chino + excellent brown dress shoes (or boots).

Preps II. The other outfits seem a bit boring and/or contrived to me. The Cardigan adds a nice touch and projects a very natural yet put together style.

Looks like someone needs to buy some new shoes. Those boat shoes are not very nice, and too casual, for the looks with sportcoats at least, but Park Ave's are probably too formal. You need something in between, like a nice pair of suede oxfords or some penny loafers or something.
