my current (from Office Depot here in Toronto), a slim Cross in brushed (not so flashy) silver (note it's quite slim so if you have big hands it might feel too small): Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I've got roughly the same pen, it's slim but very sturdy and nice to sign/write with. Definately a great buy, it's all class, no flash.

If the interview is with a Chinese company, consider calligraphy. It really wows them.

This ensemble should do the trick:

I think something like Krone's Patton

510

or perhaps Moses

263

would give the right impression.

But anything from their catalogue would work really.

edit, saw some on ebay, price is greaaat! they are not fake right?

Probably not fake.
Price should be lower than $10. You can probably find them for $5-7 at an office supply store.

I have a pocket square to match (or at least I did at one time, don't know where it is now).

I find that he has these incredible looking pens and they are pretty affordable too!

Are you thinking a quill pen is a plus or a minus?

Just a simple and reliable one. Make sure that you can write FAST with it. I'd worry more about efficiency rather than style in this case...

FOOL!

your personal assistant carries the pen for you. And it's not a pen, but a razor-tipped stylus so he can take notes for you in his blood.
