HELP - Can you identify this (wax?) Jacket??

New to SF and in need of some samurai style detective work... Any ideas as to what this jacket is? It looks like a waxed cotton but I don't think its a barbour...

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Its such a tricky one - I thought it must be a Barbour A212 transport jacket but this clearly doesn't have raglan sleeves...
