Mr. Porter Shirt Sizing Questions?

I live in the US and Mr. Porter lists all their shirts according to the UK. Being as I am new to this whole thing, I was wondering if there's any difference b/t the sizes listed on Mr. Porter. It says 15/33 UK is that the same as a 15/33 US?

Those are in inches, so it'll be the same. They mean UK sizing as opposed to EU (e.g. in centimetres—a 15 would be an EU size 38).
