I don't have much money so I used Ivory soap for the cleaning, Allen Edmonds cleaner conditioner for the conditioning, and Kiwi polish.

Looks great! Did you resole them with leather or with Vibram soles?

My cobbler actually recomended a neoprene sole, and I trust her. It ended up coming out great.

The Brand is Park-A-Seal. I can't find much info on the company other than the fact that they were owned by H.H. Brown Shoe Company, they opened in 1955 and closed in 1997. I also found this ad http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=336&dat=19780609&id=5xxVAAAAIBAJ&sjid=Y4ADAAAAIBAJ&pg=1873,2358348 that seems like it has my boots in it.
