What kind of shoes are being worn in this picture?

The man in the red pants... what kind of shoes are they? I tried to do some searching and am thinking they're called saddle shoes?

 

I was wondering if anyone could confirm that, and if anyone knew of any styles that came in a colorway like that one?

You are correct. Saddle shoes. Allen Edmonds has some nice looking ones on sale on their website currently. Check it out

indeed they are called saddle shoes and just about every decent maker makes one... you can find many combinations and price points... just keep searching... you are on the right track...
