Women's flannel-lined jeans or chinos that don't suck?

My gf is super jealous of my flannel-lined chinos. I'd like to get her some flannel-lined jeans for Christmas but the only ones I'm finding are Eddie Bauer or Carhartt special. She'd probably appreciate them but I don't want to give her something that's less than perfect. I realize this isn't a women's style forum, but I figured you folks would have some leads.

My other option is to buy some high-quality men's flannel-lined jeans or chinos, steal her favorite pair of same and take them both to a tailor to modify the former to exactly match the latter. I'd rather spend $120 than $300 though so I thought I'd ask the experts.

I found your question while looking for flannel lined chinos for myself (a woman). I have the best flannel lined jeans and thought your gf might enjoy them, too. I just got them earlier this month at zappos.com.  They are made by prAna and cost $90. Fit is very stylish, which is rare for flannel lined jeans for women. They are low waisted and long enough to fold up to show off the flanned. Boot leg cut.  I promise they'll be a hit!

Thanks for the info, Terri!!!

@Sander, Golden - Bonobos last year. Mixed feelings on some of their stuff, but I love both pairs I own:

Neither one is in stock now, but it looks like these are:
