Need some help with alterations on my first MTM shirt

Hey guys,
Just got my first shirt in from Modern Tailor.
Overall the fit is great and almost exactly how I like it. One problem I am having is that there is too much excess material under my arm and I would prefer the armhole to be tighter/higher. It's a bit puffy under the arm. Just wanted to ask which alterations I would do to make the arm better.

I was thinking to reduce the chest by 1/2 inch and bicep measurement by 1/2 inch? Those are the only two measurements that I can think of in that area that MT allows you to adjust on the website.

I've attached a picture. My wife has pinned the cloth to about how much I need to reduce so that it still feels comfortable but gives a slimmer appearance. Just want to confirm that it would indeed be the chest and half bicep measurements that I should reduce to get the desired fit as in the picture.

Also would this make the entire sleeve slimmer all the way down?
Thanks

I mean for my next modern tailor order. I want to be able to convey this to them correctly.
In person a tailor would be easily able to see what needs to be done but it's a bit harder when I'm entering numbers on a form.

I believe modern tailor has a armpit hole measurement and bicep measurement. so just adjust those accordingly and take an .5" off your chest?
