Online MTM Collars - Any comparable to Borrelli?

I was thinking about taking the internet MTM plunge (Thomas Mason), but I was curious as to the quality of the shirt collars.


Would any makers collars be comparable to a regular Borrelli collar? I would rather buy a new Borrelli and have it slimmed, rather than buy a MTM shirt that fits perfect but has a crappy collar. Especially when Borrelli shirts can be had for $150 shipped.

the lower priced online shirtmakers, will not be using the same quality fusable.
so the collar will not feel the same

So I would guess I would have to go to an actual shirt maker in store to find a mtm shirt with a quality collar?

Send them a message and ask them. I use an on-line tailor to make my clothes. I wanted something special in shirts so I asked if they could do it. They emailed me back saying that they only offer the basic construction and options on-line but they also have access to a superior standard of tailoring for those that request it

I ended up with great shirts in a quality cotton, tailored impeccibly and, although considerably dearer then what they were advertising, at under $100 each were incredible value for what I received.

So my suggestion would be to email your tailor of choice and ask them. Send them a picture of what you want
