Recommended tailors in South Texas?

I have a friend in the Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville/Harlingen/McAllen area) that is searching for a good tailor, mostly for alterations, but also someone with an eye towards what needs to be done and what would help with his body type. 

 

Any recommendations?  Thank you in advance for any help.

No idea. It's hard enough finding one in San Antonio.

Houston is 4 or so hour drive away and worth the trip to get to Nick Lopez by the Galleria.
He has the skills and the eye.
