I got a pair of used Ferragamo drivers at thrift store for $40. They were basically unworn. Now I know why the previous person probably sold them.

Every time a take a step, the buckles jingle like a set of keys.

These are my pair of weekend loafers that I wear around town and I would love to stop the noise. It is a bit odd.

I was thinking of dabbing a bit of clear silicon on the back side of the buckle to keep them quiet.

Does anyone know a good way to silence these shoes?

Here they are for reference.
