I recently bought 3 epic cedar shoe trees from Cedarvillestore. Since I live outside the US, shipping costs are high. I was shocked to find out that the shoe trees I ordered was too small, even though I bought the shoe trees according to Cedarvillestore's size chart. I'm size 7E and I bought shoe trees that would fit 6.5E to 7.5E. The shoe trees Cedarvillestore sendt me were marked with 38/39, which is converted to 5.5E-6.5E, way to small.
As said, I live outside the US, and the shipping costs back to Cedarvillestore would have costed the same amount as the refund I would have received. What's the point sending them back then? Cedarvillestore wanted me to pay for their mistake, why should I pay for the returning shipping costs when they did the huge mistake and sent me the wrong sized shoe trees? It's their fault for sending me the wrong sized shoe trees and not making up for your mistakes doesn't get you many customers in the long run.
