I've seen a bunch of photos in this thread with DBs resoled on Vibram Cristy's but I was wondering if there are any photos of them resoled on Vibram style 222 (Boat sole). I'm looking for a similiar sole as the wedged crepe sole but with more durability and was wondering if anyone knew a good alternative?

What a fantastic color. How long to beat them up and break them in before one should try this? I plan on getting a pair of these.

I just ordered a pair of light brown(sand color) DB.. Now what kind of stuff do I wear with it? Its my first pair!!

Anyone from Canada have any luck getting replacement laces? No response from Clarks Canada and Clarks USA won't help.

They are such a pain in the ass to deal with. I gave up and just went to a shoe doctor store by me and got some 27 inch laces. They might not be an exact match but they are much sturdier.

i wear it with jeans and khakis. they are nice! can't wait till the summer to rock it with my shorts and go sockless.

anyone ever buy the david z navy blue leather exclusives?

yeah, they are pretty nice. the leather is extremely soft, but looks really dark so it's hard to tell it's navy unless you are in sunlight
