Another thing is what's the cheapest place that ships to Canada? It seems that good sites such as onlineshoes or zappos doesn't ship to Canada sadly.

Its safe to say all British footwear manufacturers after 2000, moved their production off-shore. The only genuine authentic UK manufacturers left service a niche, high-end market segment. Unless you are looking for a pre-2000 Clarks, expect them to be made in China.
