I'm only interested in leather ones. Suede isn't my thing. I think I'll buy the Beeswax leather and the Grey saddle leather.

However...these two are looking great to me right now as well:

Black or Brown, which one look better to you guys?

What is the difference between Sand and Sand Suede? or Oakwood and Oakwood Suede?

What does the first instance (without the "Suede") indicate - that it's made of leather or other?

Thanks!

Does the DB loosen up a lot with time? Do you buy them one size down? I tried the 42 (which is my real foot size) but it felt a bit tight. The 42.5 feels too comfortable, my toe don't touch the end of the shoe. I'm not sure which one to buy. I'm thinking of getting two pairs one in brown, one in tan.

I've got the DB in beeswax, so I can only vouch for leather, but they definitely stretch

Your toes shouldn't really touch the end of any shoe. That said, I found the toe box to be particularly long in the Clarks DB, but as long as your foot fits the rest of the shoe well that's not really a big deal.

I think I'm going to buy my first pair of Clark's tomorrow. What's the most versatile type? I know I should get brown, but what shade? Should I go leather or suede?

For me the beeswax is the easiest to wear/match

I have the beeswax and the davidz navy saddle leather ones, and i have to that the beeswax ones are a lot heavier and the leather is a lot tougher, but the saddle leather ones are a lot more comfortable because the saddle leather is so damn soft and light.

I've asked this a couple times now and still no response but does anyone know how I could weather seal my saddle leather db's, i'm unsure of whether or not I should treat it like regular leather.

Just got a pair of grey suede and a pair of beeswax at Banana Republic; two for the price of one! DB's were 25% off and then another 25% off for using a Gap or Banana Card. Awesome.
