Wow. I'm impressed. I think I would like to do that with my target suedes. Where do you find the sno-seal?

I was actually considering doing the same thing with the sno-seal and my Target desert boots. After seeing the pic, I'm considering it even more. Looks good and it seems like it would make them more durable and water resistant.

Can't go wrong with desert boots, straight-leg jeans and a tee.

i think these look really good. two months ago, i made the jump to a pair of clarks db in beeswax leather, and i'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. i think they look great with dark denim, and the silhouette is great. i also think they're way more comfortable than the air maxes i used to wear religiously. is that the laces it came with? i like the color contrast alright, but i think a brown shoelace just a bit LIGHTER than the shade of the boots would be even better.

Isn't that the taupe, or no? I'm trying to find Varvatos desert boots. From what I've seen, they look good: [IMG]http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/9906/bananal.jpg

Here are my D-wanna-Bs (bought at the mall b/c the price was oh so right):

I know these say 'Crocs' but, who thinks they are a decent alternative to DBs?

regarding one of the earlier threads that mentions cleaning, a friend of mine says you can put them in the washing machine and then leave them to dry in the sun.... dont quote me on this though.

I guess if they are completely wrecked and you have "nothing to lose" its worth a go?

If one is blind, yeah.

Hang around here a bit more, you'll get much pickier about new purchases, sale or otherwise. Trust me on that.

Did you heat the leather before applying the sno-seal? Could you please describe the process you used?
