Nothing wrong with boots in the winter IMO. I usually wear SC's though, so its easier.

I'm a size 40 or 42 in a suit jacket depending on the brand. I'm actually not sure what size overcoat I would wear. The one I have now fits pretty big and doesn't look very good.
