This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I'm 44 and have totally transformed my body in the last two years. I lost a net 35 pounds and added significant lean muscle. I can tell you that no matter how much exercise you do, you won't lose the weight you want to lose without controlling the calories. I worked out six days a week for months and lost about fifteen pounds without modifying my diet. I felt better and looked a lot better, but I wasn't where I wanted to be.
I cut the last twenty pounds in about seven weeks with a strict diet. I did a zero carb diet for about three weeks, eating whenever I wanted to and that cut about ten to twelve pounds, then I went to low carbs and calorie reduction.
I'm convinced diet is at least 80% of weight management.
Good luck.

I'm 43 and have had exactly the same experience. Diet is key.

I'm 53 and after a nasty bout of viral bronchitis I packed on a fair bit, but 4 visits a week with intense cardo 50-60m crank the heart rate up to 156 and over for at least 30 min of that and its burning the fat, then about 15 min on the weight circuit. I have shed all that I put on, now to trim down some more.
If anything with all the exercise I am eating less.

You're already doing well and on the right path so it's just a matter of time. Well done!
